Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days.
Sales Taxes
Illinois State Sales Tax will be added to all Illinois orders unless a copy of a tax-exempt authorization is enclosed with the order or is on file with us. Warranty: SAF warrants that the products and merchandise sold shall be free from defects in workmanship and material. SAF’s sole liability for breach of warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective merchandise or products. Returns: Customer service and satisfaction are important to us. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will, in most cases, accept the return.
Return Procedure
Write or phone us with your explanation, within 15 days of receiving merchandise, and we will send a return authorization with shipping instructions. Returns cannot be accepted unless a SAF return authorization number (not label). Naturally, custom-made and imprinted items are not returnable unless SAF erred in manufacturing the item. Goods ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus original delivery costs.
Compliance
Forms offered by SAF are drafted to comply with general principles of applicable law. However, variations in state and local laws and in interpretation of federal and state laws among different jurisdictions make it advisable to clear the use of forms with your legal counsel. All orders are subject to final acceptance in Schaumburg, Illinois. Prices are subject to change without notice based on cost of materials. All orders are plus shipping charges. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. SAF will not sell your name or other information to any other source for any reason.
